You can make your order using our shopping cart which is easy to use and have the convenient secure transaction (SSL) that protects your personal information while is traveling on the web.
If you don't have credit card you can still submit your order using your banking debit card (with Visa or MC logo only). The new PayPay option is now available on our shopping cart. Orders by phone & fax are always welcome. Mail orders please send your money order/check. Sorry No COD.!!!

We calculate the shipping charges on mats individually for each order. Therefore, the shipping charges will not appear on the Final Purchase Approval or the confirmation e-mail. Championmats.com will advise the receiver by e-mail of the actual shipping costs at least 24 hours before filling the order.
Tatami/mats come in oversized and heavy boxes, UPS will delivery with different rates than standard packages, in most cases we choose trucking freight because they have lower rates than UPS.
Based on previous orders shipping fees are about 10% to 20% of the total amount of you order. If you like to know the exactly amount for shipping on your order please send us an e-mail you have to include your name, phone number, city & zip code. Also let us know if your shipping address is a residential or commercial address.
Championmats.com reserves the right to provide revised shipping charges after order are submitted for orders with 3 or more items or for orders with irregularly shaped items (training equipment, mats, Etc.) that may affect the shipping cost due to weight or size.
Returns & Exchanges:
No refunds or exchanges are accepted if the merchandise is used, washed, worn or dirty. You are responsible for shipping charges on your returns. New merchandise will be credited (less shipping & handling) or exchanged if it's returned within 10 days after you received If the merchandise is suitable for resale only !!. If returned after 10 days or if you refuse delivery, 15% restocking fee will apply. We will not accept damaged goods if you are responsible for those damages. Customer should inspect the merchandise on delivery, and report immediately if any damage is find. Exchanges will be made for shipping errors by Championmats.com (ie. wrong size packed or product shipped.)
Care and Cleaning Instructions:
Use detergent and water is most recommended, if you like to use bleach it must be mixed with water and apply with a mop or towel. Don't use bleach or cleaning liquids directly on mats surface, it may damage the foam (Interlocking mats) or vinyl covering of your mats. Excessive water can cause damage on your mats; Don't let your mats to absorb the cleaning solution, you must dry it immediately.
Championmats.com can ship merchandise to almost any country in the world. Because each country has different shipping methods, rates and documentation requirements, we calculate the international shipping charges individually for each order. Therefore, the shipping charges will not appear on the Final Purchase Approval or the confirmation e-mail. Championmats.com will advise the receiver by e-mail of the actual shipping costs at least 36 hours before filling the order. If you like to know the shipping cost before placing your order, please e-mail us with the information of the products you wish to buy and we'll give you an estimate in the next 24 hours.
International shipping charges are different than US shipping & handling charges showing on our "shopping cart" Maols Co. will send the merchandise by Ocean freight, Air shipping, DHL, Global Express mail, Global priority mail or other, we will provide you the tracking number on your package, however there is no guarantee if the package is not delivery on time or never delivery. Maols Co. will be responsible for the packages with insurance only. In most cases you (the receiver) will have to pay tax and duties on the arrival of your order, the amount for customs fees will vary depending on your country and the product you buy. The amount that we collect from you with your order will cover the shipping charges only.
If an international package is refuse delivery by customer, the customs office on your country will return the package to the sender, if the package is returned you will have to pay 20% restocking fee. In some country's if you choose not to pay the customs fees and duties, they will destroy the merchandise not allowing to be returned. If that happen because of your refuse delivery or refuse to pay import tax & duties the customer will be responsible for the total amount paid for that order. However the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges on all returns. Championmats.com will credit or exchange merchandise if it arrives new and in good condition only. Shipping and handling fees do not include any international duties, customs or import fees or taxes. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for information about additional fees.
